Welcome to Catalyst Holistic Health
We believe the deepest human longing is to be known and loved and that healing takes place in the context of relationship. Often, our adverse life experiences create fear, anxiety, anger, shame, and confusion.
Thus robbing us of those healing relationships. It is our passion and life’s commitment to support and assist others in finding their path of freedom so that they may live a rich and deeply connected life with those they love. Together we will explore and process what obstacles may be keeping one from reaching his or her goals, feeling stuck, and not able to fully live.
